Program Overview
Australian College of Training is a leading provider of accredited Lead Food Safety Auditor training in Australia. This program is an online program requiring self-paced learning and project work to be completed. Projects includes completing two audits at two different food preparation sites (arranged by learner).
This course will enable you to identify and manage your food safety risks and enables you to fulfill a role as a Food Safety Auditor to conduct audits of your own or other client’s facilities. This course will also enable you to meet regulatory obligations and requirements to audit food safety programs.
This workshop applies to regulatory, commercial, internal and food safety systems auditors who may be auditing low, medium or high risk food businesses.

Completion of all 4 food safety auditing units are a pre-requisite for:
